The Wellness CEO Toolkit is a digital operations overhaul for holistic health coach and online course creator Jordan Ayala. She was drowning in DMs, manually onboarding clients, and feeling totally scattered between launches.
This project shows how I created a custom ClickUp HQ, automated her onboarding flow, and set her up with weekly ops support so that she could run her business like a CEO, not a firefighter.
Problem: Drowning in DMs, client onboarding chaos, no back-end systems.
Solution: A full digital HQ built in ClickUp, plus launch support for her wellness coaching program.
